FREE filmmaking course for 16 -25 year olds.
Tuesday nights
6.30pm - 9pm


In partnership with My Life Productions, Woodhorn Museum and The Heritage Lottery fund. 

During the course you will learn all aspects of filmmaking including: Acting, directing, writing, producing, camera, sound and editing.  

The group will produce a 30 minute documentary and a 15 minute fictional film (based on the true stories of the documentary).  

The films will explore the North East in the 1980’s, taking a close look at the miners’ strike and how it affected the region.

The films will be premiered at Northern Stage and Alnwick Playhouse.
