Our Young Company come from a range of places and backgrounds to take part in new, inclusive and accessible projects with professional artists. The Programmes Ensemble When: Monday nights 6pm - 8pmWhere: Northern Stage If you're an actor, MC, spoken word artist or physical theatre performer in the making, then the Ensemble is a place where you will be able to push yourself creatively. The Young Company Ensemble will premiere an unmissable bold theatre event in April 2020. All workshops, rehearsals and performances will be BSL interpreted. The Collective When: Tuesday nights 6.30pm – 8pmWhere: Northern StageIf you are interested in meeting new people and exploring your own creativity, then The Collective is a great place to start. These weekly workshops led by a variety of artists will help you learn, build confidence and have fun along the way.The Team When: Wednesday nights 6pm – 8pmWhere: Byker Community CentreIf you are interested in making great stuff happen, have an idea for a project, are interested in event management, and community projects, then The Team is the place to come and turn your creative energy into a reality. Come and make food with us, take part in creative and fun activities and learn a heap of new skills. How To Apply We hold a variety of Taster Workshops throughout the year. This is an opportunity for us to meet and find out more about you, and vise versa. Then it is £5 per session, paid for in 4-6 week blocks.We don't want cost to be a barrier and can discuss a payment plan or bursary place for applicants with a household income below £14,500 for single families, or £16,200 for families with two resident parent/guardians.
