Fancy watching a play and talking about it?

Nothing compares to the magic of a live audience experience, however, in these difficult times, it's fantastic to have access to so much theatre from our living rooms while we patiently wait for our theatre spaces to re-open their doors. But what about the drink and discussion in the bar afterwards? JMK Post-Show is an informal online space for directors and theatre makers to discuss a production over a cuppa, wine, or whatever you can find in the house.

The first selected production is Pilot Theatre's production, Crongton Knights, created in collaboration with Belgrade Theatre Coventry, Derby Theatre and York Theatre Royal, The production can be found on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/CL2DIlzz73w (available now until 09/05/20).
The zoom discussion will take place 7.30pm - 8.30pm on Thursday 7th May, and will be facilitated by Maria Crocker.

This date is specifically for North East based artists in an attempt to keep the discussions more personal and not overwhelming for participants. More dates for other areas to be announced soon.

To sign up, email [email protected] and you'll be sent a zoom invitation. We have chosen productions that are available around the clock, during the specified dates, so you can watch them at a time that suits you. During the discussion, there is absolutely no pressure to have something 'interesting' to say about the play, it will be very relaxed and you're welcome to just listen.
