Make a show in a week and perform at Northern Stage.

Our City, Our Stories

Mon 23 - Sat 28 Jul

Our City, Our Stories is the perfect start to your summer break.

A whole week to spend at Northern Stage making new friends, learning new skills and of course, creating a show.

Whether you already love performing or you've always wanted to give it a try, you don't need any previous experience to take part, just bags of enthusiasm.

You'll work with theatre professionals to devise scenes, compose songs, create posters and bring your collective stories to life.

Our City, Our Stories is an integrated and inclusive project for children and young people with or without disabilities. All of our spaces are wheelchair accessible and our practitioners are experienced in working with children and young people with a range of learning and/or physical disabilities. If you have access needs, please talk to us, and we will work to ensure your week is as enjoyable as possible.

This project will also include Arts Award.
