What's On Let's Connect, Music & Drama A welcoming and inclusive group for young people to learn new skills in music and drama Book now Access A welcoming and inclusive group for young people between 11 and 15 years old, to learn new skills in music and drama, running through Autumn and Spring term-time. This is an integrated group for young people with or without disabilities and/or learning difficulties. When Tuesday evenings 4.30pm – 6pm Costs £5 per session, paid per term. Bursaries available. Meet the facilitators: Sarah Fisher Sarah Fisher is a multi-instrumental musician with a first-class degree in Community Music from Sage Gateshead. She has an infectious passion for music and a unique teaching style. Sarah has cerebral palsy and explains how her disability has shaped her musical journey: “Music has been my physiotherapy since I was 5. My dissertation was on my disability and how it has become part of my development as a musician and teacher.” Catherine Scott Catherine Scott is an experienced drama facilitator and community engagement practitioner with a first-class degree in Drama from Northumbria University. “Every idea will be valued and everyone will have their chance to contribute. If you can bring an open mind and a bunch of energy you won't be disappointed!” – Catherine Scott, Co-Facilitator Book now Bursaries are available for applicants with a household income below £14,500 for single families, or £16,200 for families with two resident parent/guardians.
