TENDER NAPALM
By Philip Ridley

One of the most acclaimed London premieres, Time Out and Evening Standard Award-winner Philip Ridley's extraordinary new play Tender Napalm arrives at Northern Stage on it's UK tour.

Re-setting the auditorium into traverse, the audience face each other on either side of this intimate, explosive and poetic exploration of love in the face of catastrophe.

"Magnificent... a fine, fiery romance."  The Observer

"Heart-stopping... wildly intoxicating" **** The Times

"A frighteningly clear-eyed, viciously funny and deeply sensual examination of the way love shipwrecks us on a desert island from which there can be no rescue." **** The Guardian

Cast includes Evening Standard Best Newcomer nominee Tom Byam Shaw (Foxfinder, Finborough; The Tempest, Theatre Royal Haymarket) and Lara Rossi (13, Emperor and Galilean - National Theatre.)

Running time: 85 minutes (No Interval)

PLEASE NOTE: Recommended age: 14+. Contains adult themes and graphic descriptions of sexual violence.
