Stage Door is an exciting performance opportunity from Northern Stage and is open to all adults over 16 years.

Each year during our spring season a Northern Stage associate director will run an 8 week performance project culminating in a performance in Stage 2.

This year the Stage Door project will focus on themes surrounding our Spring co-production of Close the Coalhouse Door. We will be devising a piece of work around the themes of activism and will perform alongside Live Theatre’s youth theatre group at Northern Stage.

Numbers for the project will be limited and if we have a large demand for places we may need to run an audition workshop as part of the first session.

The total cost for the project for each participant is £30.
